"Make Your Own Conduit And Save!"
Used for years in industry to shield delicate electronic components from EMFs, this 80% nickel alloy magnetic shielding foil is now available at affordable prices for home and office use. The thinner (0.004" thick) material is easy to trim with scissors and shape by hand. Thicker material offers better shielding performance but requires snips to cut. Can be formed into magnetic barriers on cellular phones, microwave ovens, doorbell transformers, VDTs, buried wiring, and more. With snug fitting shapes, get as much as 75% attenuation of the magnetic field with one thickness. Use multiple layers for even greater reduction. Foil is available in two thicknesses and can be ordered in any length. (We recommend the use of a gaussmeter to determine the proper shape and positioning of the magnetic shield, and to confirm that the fields have been adequately reduced.)
Can be formed into cylindrical magnetic barriers around wiring to protect the shielded wire from magnetic fields originating outside the shield.
Can also be placed flat against wiring to shield an area from the magnetic fields emitted by the wire. Use multiple layers for even greater reduction.

Reduces Electric Fields From Live Wires To Ground Zero!
Composed of electrically conductive black polyethylene and great for shielding electrical cords. It's easy to slide any electrical cord
(even fits those giant dryer plugs!) through this 4" wide (when flat) sleeve without having to remove the plug from the end of the cord.
Surface resistivity <1000 ohms/square. Only 4 mil thick, it won't hold up to tearing, heat or abuse, but it's tough enough to do a great job on the lamp cord by your bed, the air conditioner cord, or even cables in your car. Use a grounding cable, and please be careful when handling electrical cords. Specify desired length.
2 mil thick aluminum alloy foil with a pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive and paper liner. The aggressive rubber adhesive sticks well to most surfaces and the paper liner makes for convenient and reliable use. Great for shielding small areas, or wrapping cable. 1.89 inches wide and highly conformable, total thickness is only 3.6 mil. Can be used under all weather conditions. Resists water vapor, odor and smoke transmission. Application/use temperature range: +10°F to +180°F. Each roll is 30 feet long.
"Reduce RF Noise in Wiring"
Cables can act as an antenna, especially if they pass close to a strong source of radiofrequency radiation. One study has suggested that if the cable of a hands free mic passes near the phone's antenna, it can pick up some radiation and transmit it to your ear. Our ferrite snap bead is designed to reduce RF radiation in the cable. Made in 2 halves, you simply press it around the wire at any convenient location. Couldn't be simpler. It is small and lightweight enough to be almost unnoticable, yet powerful enough (50 ohm impedence minimum) to control nasty radiation. These are brand new, top quality and will accommodate wires up to 5 mm (3/16 inch) in diameter. About 1 inch long, grey color. If you are concerned about RF radiation in wiring, this is the answer.
Check Sockets for Improper Wiring and Faulty Ground!
You know what happens when we ass-u-me? Electric sockets can be bad for a number of reasons: a wire can short or fray, a wire can become disconnected, or corrode at the contact, or the wires can be connected to the wrong contact altogether! These problems can be a fire hazard, a shock hazard, a problem for polarized appliances, and definitely a problem if you are using the socket’s ground connection to Earth your shielding.
There is no need to guess because it is so easy to test for proper wiring at a socket. Simply plug in the tester and look at the result. Large LCD display indicates if ground is missing or faulty. Easy to see LEDs light up to indicate all these possible problems:
